Returns and Exchanges
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are committed to assisting you with the return process. Any new, unworn, unaltered item purchased from JNY.com, with tags still attached, can be returned within 30 days from the original purchase date. Refunds will be issued in accordance with the original payment method.
Currently, we do not facilitate exchanges; therefore, please verify the color and size diligently before finalizing your order. Should you require an exchange, you may first request a return, await the refund confirmation, and subsequently place a new order.

How do I return an item?
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at service@marcelbreuerproject.com. Upon authorization of your return, detailed instructions will be provided via email.

How long will it take to process my return?
Upon receipt of the returned package, an initial inspection will be conducted, after which it will be queued for processing. Final processing of returns may take up to 10 business days. During this period, funds will be refunded to the original payment method selected. An email notification will be sent to you once your refund has been processed. Although we initiate your refund immediately, your financial institution may require an additional 3-5 business days to complete the transaction. Consequently, please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement. You will receive an email notification once your return has been fully processed.
What items can be returned?
Returns must be submitted within 30 days of the original delivery date. Products marked as final sale are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are damaged. We do not accept returns for items purchased from other sellers, nor do we accept the following items not available on marcelbreuerproject.com: Handbags/Wallets, Panties/Underwear, Shoes, Sunglasses, and Watches.
