ORDERS
What is the status of my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will be sent a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. If no one is present at the time of delivery, the package will be left at the designated delivery location. Please note that the marcelbreuerproject is not responsible for delivery delays resulting from unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, which may include carrier-related issues, severe weather, natural disasters, or strikes.

Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders promptly, and once your order is confirmed in our system, it cannot be canceled or modified. This typically occurs within four hours of placing your order. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at service@marcelbreuerproject.com.

How can I determine if an item in my order is a Final Sale?
Items designated as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase are not eligible for returns.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders are shipped within 8-15 business days, excluding weekends and federal holidays.

Our business hours are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Please allow additional processing time for orders placed during promotional periods and around federal holidays.

We endeavor to send order confirmation emails promptly after your order is placed. If you do not receive an order confirmation email within 24 hours, please check your spam folder to ensure it has not been misdirected. If you still cannot locate your order confirmation, please reach out to our Customer Service team to retrieve your order information and confirm that your order has been successfully placed.
